Brookfield Properties collaborated with six Los Angeles architecture companies to create specialized productivity suites. For the Brookfield Design Hive, WRAPPED Studios partnered with Rottet Studio to design an interior suite. WRAPPED Studios provided a custom wallcovering that blends with the building's external mural by American artist Frank Stella. The high-contrast black-and-white color scheme of the wallcovering, combined with a smart layout, creates an inspiring ambiance in the Brookfield Design Hive workspace.
