Trammell Crow Residential, a Dallas-based developer in the multifamily market, chose WRAPPED Studios for a custom art project at Alexan Aspect, their new high-density luxury residence in Orange County, California. The final collection included 37 custom canvas paintings and four aluminum artworks for the fitness studio and mail room, primarily in black and white, with occasional vibrant color accents to enhance the monochrome scheme.
