AMD Redwood Place
AMD Redwood Place is a luxurious apartment community located in Sunnyvale, a suburb of San Francisco. Managed by the Irvine Company, a longstanding collaborator with WRAPPED Studio, they commissioned a series of four custom paintings on traditional canvas to embody the property's elegant and timeless nature.
Two of these artworks are permanently showcased in the leasing office of AMD Redwood Place, subtly reinforcing the upscale image to potential tenants. This understated yet effective marketing strategy aids in reducing vacancy rates and enhancing long-term tenant satisfaction. The remaining two custom residential art pieces, featuring floral and nature-inspired designs with a warm color scheme, are displayed in private offices within the AMD Redwood Place complex.
