101 Broadway

Managed by the Irvine Company, 101 Broadway in downtown San Diego offers an upscale commercial complex with a prestigious character. To elevate its appeal, WRAPPED Studio was commissioned to create a new collection of office lobby artwork. We embraced abstract shape-forms and a warm palette to complement the established color scheme of the lobby. The collection includes a large-format framed canvas measuring 20' in width, serving as the centerpiece above a segregated ramp in a high-traffic area. Additionally, there are eight acrylic-on-canvas works arranged in a grid-like pattern on an opposing wall, adding a contemporary touch and reinforcing the reimagined aesthetic of the foyer.
